Things that weigh us down.

Consider letting go of ANYTHING that makes our journey feel heavy and burdensome on a day to day level.

–Anger
–Jealousy
–Grudges
–Resentment
–Selfishness
–Pettiness
–Negativity
–Critical spirit
–Stagnation
–Gossiping
–Poor Self Image
–Ego
–Indifference
–Inconsiderate
–Narrow Minded
–Reactionary
–Judgmental
–Insensitive
–Hateful
–Irrational

Carrying extra weight on our back will break us down quickly. Pretending these things aren’t heavy or don’t exist will only exasperate the problem.

Consider making it a daily effort to remove these ‘heavy’ items. Keeping a journal (for our eyes only) is a good way to bring these items to the surface and deal with them, removing them one by one.
