Foods that can put a ‘Twinkle’ in your eye:
–Dark, leafy green vegetables (spinach, kale, swiss chard)
–Eggs (don’t throw out the yolk!)
–Orange Vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes)
–Yellow Vegetables (squash, peppers)
–Red Vegetables (beets, peppers)
–Brightly colored fruits
Put a twinkle in your eye! Choose a variety of brightly colored, fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables! Think of putting a rainbow on your plate each meal!
